Join us at GableGotwals' summer program for an immersive experience in the practice of law. We offer a six-week program for 1L and 2L law students, giving you the opportunity to work alongside our attorneys and gain valuable hands-on experience in various practice areas. Our program also includes opportunities to attend trials, hearings, and other professional activities, providing a comprehensive understanding of the legal profession.
At GableGotwals, we believe in building relationships with our summer associates. We plan a variety of social events, from regular lunches to cooking classes and sporting events, to give you the chance to get to know the members of our law firm on a personal level. This not only helps us get to know you better, but also allows you to discover the interests and talents of our attorneys.
We understand the importance of balancing work and personal life, which is why we closely monitor the workloads of our summer associates to ensure a manageable volume of assignments. This allows you to fully immerse yourself in each task and gain a deeper understanding of the legal work involved.
Our summer associates are paid a competitive salary and have the opportunity to work at other potential employers for the other half of the summer. We conduct on-campus interviews at law schools in Oklahoma and participate in job fairs across the country, providing a diverse pool of candidates for our program.
